Charlotte Tilbury is Continuing its Landmark Partnership with F1 Academy™

Last year, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty became the first beauty brand and the first female-founded brand to become an official sponsor of F1® Academy, and continues the partnership for 2025.

The F1® Academy is a female-only racing championship founded by Formula One, supporting female drivers from across the globe to progress to higher levels of competition. Since 2024, it’s reported that 41% of F1 fans are female, contributing to a total season viewership of over 750 million.

Launching on International Women’s Day, this partnership will bring to life Charlotte Tilbury and F1® Academy’s shared purpose to empower everyone, especially women, to feel their most confident. To further champion female representation, the brand will donate 100% of online sales of Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray on International Women’s Day (March 8) to Motorsport UK’s Girls Karting Academy, funding free karting sessions for young girls and breaking down barriers to entry in racing.

On the track, Charlotte Tilbury’s new F1 Academy™ driver, Chloe Chong, is set to take this season by storm, serving as an inspiration for the next generation of female drivers—unlocking confidence and opportunity in the sport. Chloe will be driving the iconic “Charlotte Tilbury operated by Rodin” car, now even bolder in the brand’s signature night crimson and rose gold colorways, emblazoned with an oversized Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips icon. She will also debut a new racing suit featuring Charlotte’s empowerment mantra, “Makeup Your Destiny”. At just 17, Chloe continues to make history as the youngest F1 Academy driver and one to watch.
